Terms & Conditions

Ghoomana Inc is a project of Corpela Group, operating as a tour and travel company in Pakistan. By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions:


1. Booking Confirmation

  • All bookings must be confirmed with a minimum advance payment (amount varies by package).
  • Booking is only valid once full payment or agreed installment is received.
  • It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate personal information.

2. Payments

  • Payments can be made via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or cash (where applicable).
  • Full payment must be made before the start of the trip unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • All prices are quoted in PKR unless mentioned otherwise.

3. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more before the trip start date: 80% refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 7 days before departure: No refund.
  • In case Ghoomana cancels a trip, customers will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.

Note: Visa rejections, flight delays, or natural disasters are subject to our cancellation policy and partial refunds.


4. Changes to Itinerary

  • Ghoomana reserves the right to make changes in the itinerary due to weather, road conditions, airline issues, or safety concerns.
  • If any service becomes unavailable, suitable alternative arrangements will be made.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Customers must carry valid CNIC/passport and travel documents.
  • Follow all instructions of the trip leader/guide during the tour.
  • Respect local laws, culture, and the rights of fellow travelers.

6. Liability Disclaimer

  • Ghoomana is not responsible for any personal injury, loss of belongings, natural calamities, political unrest, or other events beyond its control.
  • Travel insurance (if not included) is the customer’s responsibility.

7. Behavior Policy

  • Ghoomana has a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, drug use, or violent behavior.
  • The company reserves the right to remove any participant from the trip without refund in case of misconduct.

8. Force Majeure

Ghoomana shall not be liable for any failure or delay due to events beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or pandemic outbreaks.


9. Photo & Media Use

  • During the trip, we may capture photos/videos for promotional purposes.
  • If you do not wish to appear in such content, kindly inform us in writing in advance.

10. Dispute Resolution

  • Any dispute arising out of these terms will be governed by the laws of Pakistan.
  • The venue for legal disputes will be Islamabad, Pakistan (or as mutually agreed).
