3. Company-Initiated Cancellations
If Ghoomana Inc cancels a trip due to operational issues or unforeseen events, you will be offered:
- Full refund, or
- Option to reschedule for a future tour, or
- Transfer of payment to any other available tour package
4. Rescheduling Policy
Customers who wish to reschedule their trip may do so:
- At least 5 days before departure, free of charge (subject to availability).
- Less than 5 days: Rescheduling charges may apply depending on bookings already made.
