Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Ghoomana Inc, we value your travel experience and strive to offer flexible yet fair cancellation and refund terms. This policy explains how cancellations are handled and under what conditions refunds are processed.


1. Customer-Initiated Cancellations

If you decide to cancel your booking, the following refund rules will apply:

Note: Refunds are processed after deduction of any non-refundable expenses, such as hotel bookings, airline tickets, or permits already paid by Ghoomana.


2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

No refund will be issued in the following cases:

  • Visa rejection or delay (in international tours)
  • Missed departure due to personal reasons
  • Early return or voluntary withdrawal during the tour
  • Breach of our Terms & Conditions or Code of Conduct
  • Cancellation due to natural disasters or political unrest (see Force Majeure below)

3. Company-Initiated Cancellations

If Ghoomana Inc cancels a trip due to operational issues or unforeseen events, you will be offered:

  • Full refund, or
  • Option to reschedule for a future tour, or
  • Transfer of payment to any other available tour package

4. Rescheduling Policy

Customers who wish to reschedule their trip may do so:

  • At least 5 days before departure, free of charge (subject to availability).
  • Less than 5 days: Rescheduling charges may apply depending on bookings already made.

5. Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7 to 14 business days after approval.
  • Payment will be refunded via the original method (bank transfer, card, etc.).

6. Force Majeure Clause

In case of natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, or government restrictions:

  • Ghoomana may offer partial refunds, credit vouchers, or trip postponement depending on the situation.
  • Decisions will be made case-by-case to ensure fairness for both parties.
